A leader in the payment gateway sector needing to re-align their brand to their audience and industry.

IPSI was founded 10 years ago, at a time when the payment gateway industry was very “solution focused”. Their old brand had not moved with the times and did not reflect the shift to “customer experience, flexibility and responsiveness”. IPSI’s mission was to give businesses back control of their payment systems. 


The challenge was that advanced technology is often seen as “uncool”, or as too complicated for the consumer. Our project was to humanise this technology and create marketing materials that reflected a strong customer focus.
